1. What is Copy Trading Subsidy Voucher
The "copy trading subsidy voucher" is a type of insurance used in users' copied orders. With the subsidy voucher, users who generated losses in the copied order will be issued the corresponding amount during settlement. The maximum subsidy is capped at the value of the subsidy voucher. (This feature is only supported in V3.14.0 and above)
2. How to Use the Copy Trading Subsidy Voucher
Step 1: Check My Rewards.

WEB: Avatar -> My Rewards
Step 2: Go to "Copy Settings" page and click on “Subsidy Voucher”. You can set up to use the subsidy voucher in the "Copy Settings", which can be accessed via "Copy Trading" on the home page or "My Rewards".
Step 3: Click "Copy Now". The subsidy voucher will be effective immediately upon successful copying.
Step 4: Subsidy payout. If a loss is incurred from the copied order, you will receive the corresponding amount, capped at the value of the subsidy voucher after the voucher settlement.
Note: The voucher can help to mitigate a certain level of trading risks. Each voucher can only be used under the same trader. Therefore, please choose a trader carefully.
3. Subsidy Voucher Terms and Conditions
- The subsidy voucher is applicable for use in copy trading only.
- The subsidy voucher will be settled upon its expiry. Please use your subsidy voucher as soon as possible to get the most out of it.
- The subsidy voucher will be settled automatically in the following scenarios: The voucher expires; users stop copying; the TP/SL is triggered; the requirement to use the voucher is not met after the user reduces the copy trading funds; the trader ceases share trading; the user is removed from the trader's copier list.
- The subsidy voucher is settled automatically by the system and you'll be notified in the Message Center accordingly. View the details in the Asset Records.
- No subsidy will be issued when there is a profit in the copied order.
- Please note that there may be a minimum amount requirement for copy trading funds to use the subsidy voucher.
- Only copiers can use the subsidy voucher.
