On 2023-01-27, due to the abnormality of IG third-party service, BingX delisted FTSE100, Dax and other 5 trading pairs from Standard Futures to safeguard our investors against any unnecessary risk. (BingX Standard Futures Will Delist FTSE100, Dax & Multiple Pairs). Here is the detailed compensation scheme for affected users.
Affected Pairs:
FTSE100, SILVER, Australia 200, DAX, Natural Gas, Oil-Brent Crude, US Dollar Basket
Relevant positions were handled as follows:
1. BingX suspended trading of these pairs at 07:00 2023-01-27 (UTC+8).
2. BingX delisted the pairs at 13:00 2023-01-27 (UTC+8) and closed these positions based on the price when the trading was suspended.
Compensation scheme for affected users:
1. Any loss incurred from the delisting is compensated in full by the platform.
Compensation = | unrealized PnL when the positions were closed - unrealized PnL when the trading was suspended |
Example:
a) If a user's position had a profit of 80 USDT at the time of trading suspension and the profit decreased to 50 USDT when it was closed (manually or by the system), the user would receive 30 USDT compensation.
b) If a user's position had a profit of 30 USDT at the time of trading suspension and the PnL turned into negative 10 USDT when it was closed (manually or by the system), the user would receive 40 USDT compensation.
c) If a user's position had a loss of 20 USDT at the time of trading suspension and the loss increased to 70 USDT when it was closed (manually or by the system), the user would receive 50 USDT compensation.
2. Bonus for affected users
We will apply for Bonuses for all affected users to thank for their understanding and support.
The Bonus will be issued to your account within 48 hours after the announcement is released.
The platform has set up a technical panel immediately after the incident to optimize the sources of market data from third parties and ensure a secure and reliable trading environment for our investors. Thank you for your support and trust!
