Risk Rating Before Adjustment
Definition: Calculate the daily maximum loss ratio based on the weekly changes in a trader's daily PnL ratio, and rate the trader's risk based on the trader's estimated daily maximum loss ratio.
Interpretation: This risk rating is calculated directly based on the trader's daily PnL ratio. Only when the trader's losses become severe will the risk become higher. It is a descriptive indicator, not a predictive indicator, and cannot well reflect the true trading risk of the trader.
Risk Rating After Adjustment
Definition: A comprehensive evaluation of the trader's PnL, as well as the leverage used, position ratio, whether an SL is set up, and other factors.
Interpretation: The system will evaluate the risk rating of traders based on the factors mentioned above. If a trader has a higher leverage, a greater position ratio, and does not set an SL, the risk rating will be relatively higher. Conversely, if a trader has a lower leverage, a smaller position ratio, and the SL is set up, the risk rating will then be relatively lower.
The risk rating corresponding to the estimated daily maximum loss ratio will be adjusted as follows.
