BingX "Grid Trading Subsidy Voucher" is a type of insurance for use in Grid Trading. After applying the subsidy voucher, users will receive the corresponding compensation for their losses in Grid Trading (if any) after the voucher settlement. The maximum payout amount is the face value of the subsidy voucher that is being used. (Only supports V3.51.0 and later versions)
*Grid Trading Subsidy Voucher is limited to autonomous Grid Trading only and cannot be used for Spot Grid Copy Trading.

2. How to use the Grid Trading Subsidy Voucher?
Step 1: Log in to the BingX official website or app. Click on the avatar icon and select "My Rewards" to view your Grid Trading Subsidy Voucher.
Step 2: Go to the Grid Trading page to use the Grid Trading Subsidy Voucher.
Step 3: Select the grid strategy you want to create and click "Create" on the grid strategy setup page. The subsidy voucher will take effect immediately upon successful grid strategy creation.
Step 4: While a subsidy voucher is in use and a loss is incurred from the grid strategy, users will receive the corresponding amount, capped at the value of the subsidy voucher after the voucher settlement.
Please Note:
There may be a minimum amount requirement for Grid Trading funds to use the subsidy voucher. If the subsidy voucher you receive has such a requirement, please set the amount accordingly to use the subsidy voucher.
A subsidy voucher can only be used for a single grid strategy. Once the strategy is closed, the voucher will become invalid. It will also automatically settle or become invalid upon expiration. Therefore, please carefully consider the grid strategy you want to use it on.
3. How is Grid Trading Subsidy Voucher settled?
The Grid Trading Subsidy Voucher is automatically settled by the system and you'll be notified in the Message Center regarding the payout details. All subsidies will be issued to your fund account. You can check it in the Asset Records.
The subsidy voucher will be settled automatically in the following scenarios:
a. Grid Trading Subsidy Voucher expires
If the subsidy voucher expires and there are losses (while the subsidy voucher is in use), the settlement amount will be paid. On the other hand, there will be no subsidy payout if there are no losses.
b. The grid strategy is closed
i) Closed by the user
If a user closes the grid strategy manually and there are losses (while the grid strategy is still running), the settlement amount will be paid. On the other hand, there will be no subsidy payout if there are no losses.
ii) Closed due to triggered TP/SL
If the SL of the grid strategy is triggered, the settlement amount will be paid. On the other hand, there will be no subsidy payout if the TP is triggered.

Can a Grid Trading Subsidy Voucher be used multiple times?
A subsidy voucher can only be used for a single grid strategy. Once the strategy is closed, the voucher will become invalid. It will also automatically settle or become invalid upon expiration.
What is the exact definition of the validity period of the Grid Trading Subsidy Voucher?
The validity period of the subsidy voucher includes the date when you can use it, and the expiration date. If the subsidy voucher isn't used during the validity period, it will expire. The subsidy voucher in use will be automatically settled upon expiration. Users can use the subsidy voucher at any time before it expires. The sooner you use it, the longer your grid orders will be protected. Therefore, you are encouraged to use the voucher as soon as possible after receiving it to make full use of the subsidy voucher.
Why can't I use the Grid Trading Subsidy Voucher after receiving it?
There may be several reasons why the subsidy voucher cannot be used:
1. The investment amount set by the user to create a grid strategy is lower than the minimum amount required to use the subsidy voucher.
2. The subsidy voucher is restricted to a certain type of grid trading. For example, the subsidy voucher is applicable to Futures Grid only but the user has used it on Spot Infinity Grid.
3. The subsidy voucher has not been used within the validity period and has automatically expired.
Can the Grid Trading Subsidy Voucher be used for all types of Grid Trading, and can it be used for other types of trading?
If the Grid Trading Subsidy Voucher doesn't specify any restrictions on the types of grid trading, then it can be used on all grid strategies. If it limits the type of grid trading to, for example, Futures Grid, then it can only be used for Futures Grid strategies. The subsidy voucher is limited to autonomous Grid Trading only and cannot be used for Spot Grid Copy Trading.
