What is a subaccount?
With this feature, users can trade through multiple accounts without registering a new account. Subaccounts can be used for fund segregation and trading with different strategies. Subaccounts, like the main account, can also post and comment within the copy trading community, as well as share trades.
Who can benefit from subaccounts?
Subaccounts are suitable for those who trade with multiple strategies, need to separate assets for risk management purposes or use multiple accounts for copy trading.
What are subaccounts used for?
- Subaccounts are mainly used for Spot Trading, Futures Trading, Grid Trading, Copy Trading, etc. After creating a subaccount, users can switch to the subaccount for trading or create an API for the subaccount under the main account to execute API trades.
- Subaccounts can function as independent accounts. Users can apply to be a trader, post and comment within the community, and share trades with subaccounts.
- Subaccounts cannot perform non-trading activities such as deposits, withdrawals, buying cryptos, or participating in events.
How to create a subaccount?
On the BingX website, users can hover their mouse over their avatar icon, and a dropdown menu will appear. They can create a subaccount by either clicking "Switch Account" or "Sub Accounts".
How to switch to a subaccount?
On the BingX website and in version 3.58 of the BingX app, users can click on "Switch Account" under their avatar icon to switch to a subaccount and carry out trading operations accordingly.

1. How many subaccounts can be created at most?
Each user can create up to 20 subaccounts.
2. Is the trading fee discount for the main account also applicable to subaccounts?
Yes, the trading fee discount for the main account is also applicable to subaccounts. The user's VIP level will be determined by the combined cumulative trading volume of the main account and all subaccounts.
3. If a subaccount triggers forced liquidation, will it affect the main account?
No. The funds and orders of the main account and each subaccount are separated from each other. The trading risk of one account will not affect other accounts.
4. Can I receive commissions on trading fees of a subaccount created by a user I referred?
Yes. The commission data includes the trading volume and commissions from the main account and all subaccounts.
5. Do subaccounts need to do KYC verification?
No. Only the main account needs to undergo KYC verification. After the main account completes KYC, the main account and subaccounts will share the same KYC identity.
6. Can subaccounts get voucher rewards in the Rewards Hub?
No. Subaccounts cannot participate in events or get rewards in the Rewards Hub. Currently, subaccounts also cannot receive rebate vouchers, Bonuses, subsidy vouchers, and other types of vouchers.
7. Will the trading volume of subaccounts be included in the events participated by the main account?
No. Only the trading volume of the main account is counted toward the events it participates in.
8. Can subaccounts receive notifications?
Messages sent to subaccounts can be viewed in the BingX app and web. Since subaccounts do not have their own phone numbers or email addresses, they are unable to receive notifications through text messages or email.
