Due to the anomaly in the Perpetual Futures OPEN API on 2023-09-14 from 17:44 to 21:24 (UTC+8), the query and trading capabilities of certain API users were affected. As a platform that attaches great importance to the user experience, we are implementing the following compensation plan for users who encountered API request failure to close position during the incident:
1. For users who were forcibly liquidated or had their SL triggered due to the incident, the platform will provide compensation for the additional losses.
Compensation Plan: Affected users who failed to close positions during the abnormality which resulted in forced liquidation or forced SL will receive compensation for the additional loss incurred. Additional loss = Actual loss amount - Loss amount calculated at the close price when the "API request failed to close position"
2. For users who were unable to close positions, resulting in reduced profits or increased losses, we will offer partial compensation based on the price difference.
Compensation Plan: We will collate and compare the close price at the time when the "API request failed to close position" with the user's close price before 2023-09-15 at 12:00 (UTC+8). If the former proves more advantageous to the user, we will provide compensation for the difference; otherwise, no compensation will be offered.
