We believe that as valued members of the BingX platform, you not only represent us but also contribute to our community's integrity. Therefore, we kindly request your adherence to the following code of conduct to ensure a stable platform operation and a positive trading environment.
1. General Code of Conduct

Traders must not post or publish any defamatory messages or content that may jeopardize BingX's security and legal interests.

Traders must not reveal their social media accounts, either implicitly or explicitly, including but not limited to texts, images, or links, in personal profiles, Insight, or comment sections.

Traders must not display explicit or implicit sexual or provocative content in personal profiles, Insight, or comment sections.

Traders must manage risk for their copiers. If a trader's position is liquidated, the corresponding position of their copiers will also be liquidated.

Traders must not promise returns to copiers to entice copiers to copy them.

Traders must not use copiers' accounts and trade on their behalf.

Traders must not engage in any high-frequency and short-term trading practices.
In the event of a violation, the platform will issue formal warnings to traders via email, Message Center, and push notifications. In case of a recurring violation after the warning, the platform will impose a traffic block and mute the trader for 2 weeks. Traders who continue to violate during the penalty period will have their account level reduced by 1 level, and their profit share ratio will also be downgraded. Traders with serious violations will be disqualified from being copied in Copy Trading.
2. Serious Misconduct

Traders are prohibited from creating multiple BingX accounts to engaging in hedging. Once discovered, their trader status will be permanently removed.

Traders are prohibited from plagiarizing the orders of other traders in any way. The risk control system will be checking the open and close prices, timing, position details, trading frequency, and other dimensions frequently. If traders are detected by the system for plagiarism, their accounts will be temporarily suspended from being copied by users. If traders are detected because of plagiarism for the first time, they can complete Advanced Verification for account unlocking. Accounts involved in a second-time plagiarism detected will be permanently banned from being copied.
Special Note: Accounts detected by the risk control system for having the same device, IP address, or same trading behaviors, associated asset transfer records (such as Internal Transfer) will be regarded as belonging to the same trader. We will enforce relevant restrictions on the accounts that have been involved accordingly.
