To provide better services, BingX will update the adjustment factors for cryptocurrency trading pairs in Standard Futures on 2024-08-12 at 02:00 (UTC). Existing positions will not be affected. This update will effectively differentiate the risk of negative equity caused by liquidation across different leverages, and prevent it in a more scientific and reasonable manner. *The Adjustment Factor is designed to prevent users' equity from going negative. It represents the proportion of the remaining margin to the initial margin required to maintain the position.
For example, if the adjustment factor is set at 10%, it means that the position will be forced liquidated when the remaining margin decreases to 10% of the initial amount. The lower the adjustment factor, the less likely it is to trigger forced liquidation. And vice versa.
